There were times when my path was twisting and confusing. I did not always see my path and had periods of doubt.
I have learned there will be times when we have to walk through a state of being uncomfortable with uncertainty. We have the power to change, to create a new way of looking at ourselves and others. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut, I am dedicated to do my absolute best to help my clients realize their goals.
